Milk tart Shake

Ok, so I must be honest, I have not made this shake yet. But when I do, I will revisit this post.

It sounds great. The 250ml Soy milk could be replaced with 1 or 2 scoops PDM in the same amount of water, depending how sweet you like this baby. But it stays healthy.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 250ml soy milk (Could be replaced with 1 or 2 scoops PDM in 250ml Water)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Scoops Herbalife Formula 1 (Vanilla I suspect)
  • 1 Tbsp honey (you can add more to taste)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • Cinnamon to sprinkle on top

Directions:

Heat the milk, Herbalife Formula 1  and honey on the stovetop, using a whisk to stir continuously. Ever so sloooowly…. add the beaten egg and vanilla essence, stirring the whole time to avoid making milkly scrambled egg. Bring to the boil, then turn the heat to medium-low and stir until thickened, before you let the mixture set in the fridge.

BONUS: You will have already worked off the bloody thing before you get to eat it. Arm workout alert!

Chia pudding

Herbalife Chia Pudding
Chia Pudding

This Chia Pudding is just the beginning — add your favorite fruit, spices, and sweetener for a tailor-made breakfast.

Ingredients:
2 scoops Formula 1 Vanilla Cream Flavoured Shake Mix
3-4 Tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1/2 Tablespoon maple syrup, honey or sweetener of choice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

Toppings of choice: fresh berries or other fruit, granola, nut butter, etc

Directions:
In a bowl or mason jar, stir together chia seeds, milk, maple syrup and vanilla, if using. If you’re using a mason jar, you can put the lid on and shake the mixture to combine everything. Once the chia pudding mixture is well combined, let it sit for 5 minutes, give it another stir/shake to break up any clumps of chia seeds, cover and put the mixture in the fridge to “set” for 1-2 hours or overnight. The chia pudding should be nice and thick, not liquidy. If it’s not thick enough, just add more chia seeds (about 1 Tablespoon), stir and refrigerate for another 30 minutes or so
